Withdraw from a contract

If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you may withdraw from a top-up contract within 14 days of the top-up without giving any reason (Terms of Service, clause 8.9).

Fill in the form and press "Confirm withdrawal". We send a confirmation with the content of your statement and the date and time it was submitted to the e-mail address you enter. You can also send the statement by e-mail to info@cyhub.ai.
