Generation Terms Consent

Before your first generation: how this works

Cyber AI gives you access to AI models from different developers. We pass your request to the model you choose and return what it generated. Before you spend your balance, there are five things to understand.

1. The result cannot be predicted exactly. AI models work with an element of randomness. The same prompt produces different images, videos and texts. Nobody, including the model developers, can guarantee a specific result.

2. Generative AI has known characteristics, and they are not a defect. A result may contain:

• imprecise following of the prompt: the model may skip or change some details;
• misspelled or distorted text inside images and videos;
• incomplete likeness to a face or object in an uploaded photo;
• artefacts: extra fingers, distorted objects, unnatural motion, noise in audio;
• invented facts and errors in text answers;
• results similar to those of other users with similar prompts.

3. Quality depends on your prompt and the model you choose. This is a tool, like an image editor or a camera: the more precisely you describe the task and the better the model fits it, the closer the result gets to your idea. Model descriptions and examples are available in the bot and on the website; examples are selected from many attempts and show what is possible, not what you will get on the first try.

4. Several attempts are often needed. Testing and refining a prompt is a normal part of working with AI. Each attempt is a separate service, charged at the price you see before you start it.

5. Every completed generation is paid for, even if you do not like the result. You pay for the model's work on your request, not for a result that matches your expectations. A mismatch with your idea, an unattractive or inaccurate result, a mistake in the prompt or an unsuitable model are not a defect of the service and do not entitle you to a refund or a free rerun.

What we always refund

If a generation fails technically, the charge returns to your wallet automatically:

• the model returned an error or nothing at all;
• the file is empty, corrupted or does not open;
• the request was rejected by moderation without a result;
• the wrong model was used, or the technical parameters you chose (format, resolution, duration) were not applied;
• you were charged more than the price shown before you started.

If the automatic refund did not happen, write to /paysupport or info@cyhub.ai with the request ID. We check the logs and restore the charge within 5 business days. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Check the result before you use it

AI results may be inaccurate and do not replace professional advice. You decide whether to use a result and you are responsible for publishing it. Save the files you need: they stay available in the bot for 30 days.

For consumers in the EU, EEA and UK

Under EU consumer law, a trader may deviate from the objective conformity requirements only if you were specifically informed of the deviation and expressly and separately accepted it. By pressing the button below you confirm that you have been specifically informed of the characteristics of generative AI listed in point 2 and that you expressly and separately accept them as characteristics of the Service rather than a lack of conformity. Your statutory remedies for genuine technical failures listed above remain unaffected.
