Account deletion

Version dated 13 October 2026. One Cyber AI account covers the app, the website https://cyhub.ai and the bots in Telegram and MAX. Deleting it erases it everywhere at once.

How to delete

• In the app. Profile, then "Delete account". The app asks you to sign in again to make sure it is you. The account is deleted immediately.
• Without the app. Write to info@cyhub.ai with the subject "Account deletion" or to the support bot (contacts on https://cyhub.ai/en/support). Write from the e-mail or messenger you sign in with and include your account number. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to you.

You cannot delete the account while a generation is running: wait for it to finish. If you have just created a top-up invoice, pay it or wait an hour until it expires.

What is deleted

• your e-mail and password;
• Telegram and MAX links: the ID, the username and the chat with the bot;
• all sign-ins: in the app and on the website, API keys, ChatGPT, Claude and Codex connections;
• the texts of your requests and your AI chats;
• files: generation results and everything you uploaded;
• saved voices, characters, elements and styles. Where a third-party service that kept them for us allows deletion, we delete them there too.

After deletion the remaining balance can no longer be used. The app shows it before deletion. To get back the unspent part of your top-ups, write to support before deleting the account: we refund it under the Terms of Service (section 8, https://cyhub.ai/en/terms).

What is kept in anonymized form and why

After deletion these records are not linked to your e-mail or messenger and cannot identify you:

• payments: amount, date and payment method, which accounting law requires us to keep;
• balance movements and generation records: model, date and cost, without texts or files. We need them for accounting and payment reconciliation.

After deletion

You cannot sign in to a deleted account. If you open the app or the website again or write to a bot, you get a new empty account.
