Please include your Cyber AI account number and, for a question about a generation, its ID. You can find both on the website in your account.

Common questions

• A generation failed or the file does not open. A failed generation is not charged; if money was charged, write to us with the generation ID. See the Delivery and Refund Policy: https://cyhub.ai/en/refund
• Disconnect ChatGPT, Claude or Codex, or change spending limits. Open your account on https://cyhub.ai, the Apps tab. Paid generations are turned on and off there for each connected app.
• Personal data. Write to info@cyhub.ai with the subject "Personal data". See the Privacy Policy: https://cyhub.ai/en/privacy
